SHIPPING POLICY

We take the utmost care when packaging and sending a piece of artwork. If you have purchased a framed piece or a particularly large piece, then additional time should be allowed for the preparation, postage and packaging. We use specialist courier and delivery services only.

We endeavour to get artwork to you within 3-7 days from purchase.

In-person collection from Brenda's studio in Oxfordshire is also an option

REFUND POLICY

Artwork purchased at an exhibition or gallery site are purchased as seen and artwork is therefore non-refundable 

For work purchased via the website and If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. After we have received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned excluding the cost of initial postage. Please see our returns policy.
